The Prestello farmhouse is a family owned “microcosm” with a vision and a holistic approach, which then identifies in the philosophy that embraces the “totality” of the individual components of the natural world.

Our rabbits

Our rabbits are bred and fed with natural and non-medicated feed, without antibiotics.

Chickens

Eggs and other products

The chickens scratch around brade, they feed on flour and grain and we breed them for eggs.

The cows

Our local milk

With milk from our cows we produce especially the formaggella, desserts and cooking cream.

This attitude is directly applied in the way of working, of observing and experiencing the earth. Fertilization, cultivation and breeding occur with principles that respect and encourage fertility and vitality of the soil, improving the organic properties of plants and animals. A biodynamic approach, working in harmony with the seasons and the passage of time.
